With a background in high-level estate and gift tax planning, complex trust strategizing, corporate and LLC law, business transactions, and adult protective proceedings, Tobias Pierce has narrowed his practice through the years to focus on helping families and individuals plan for, and navigate through, some of life’s most difficult seasons. In all cases, Tobias’ primary focus is to provide clients with the peace of mind of knowing that all aspects of their unique legal needs have been carefully evaluated, and that the best and most appropriate plan of resolution has been put in place.
In addition to his professional career, Tobias has created and manages several nonprofit charities focused on attacking varying aspects of difficulties children living in remote locations face. His flagship charity has made significant strides working with communities on the Hopi Reservation in not only addressing immediate needs of villagers, but also in honoring and preserving the rich heritage of the Hopi people.
His passion for bringing true change was instilled in him through generations of family members who have made their mark in Arizona. His great grandfather was one of Arizona’s first state senators. His great aunt, an archaeologist, was the first paid female park ranger in the Southwest, and the first to live with the Navajo people. And his grandfather, a geologist and chemist, managed some of Arizona’ and New Mexico's largest mining operations.
